I have been using this book for awhile since it was purchased months ago. I have been trying to download it again because it simply quit working. I have been trying for a week and it will download at 2% and STOP. I am getting frustrated and I can't find out any info. Be warned...it is a great book but I don't know what happened.
This is a perfect book for the digital age. It's extensive and accessible on every level. It combines the best of a teaching and reference work. Chuck full of illustrations, photos, flowcharts, and screen-captures, this book sets the standard as a "must have." I love it because it's a problem-solving book without being too technical for the non-professional; like a dictionary would be to a writer.
This book delivers just what it is says. It's not something you read cover to cover but one you reference when you have a problem or need to better understand a concept. Worth the money, buy it and stay of the telephone.
