I bought this for my mom and she has made an insane amount of delicious casseroles with it. The thing that I hate is that there are no pictures. I don't do cookbooks that have no pictures...

I love this cookbook. Cauliflower and fennel gratin is a favorite, but I have made other dishes too over the years and they are all good. The best chef among our close friends is also devoted to Bake Until Bubbly. He makes delicious frittatas out of it for one-dish brunches..I had to buy a second copy because I wanted one at home and one at the lake house. I guess that says it better than anything else. .

A reliable, pretty healthy, often budget-friendly cookbook that goes beyond the average casserole. Many recipes show off global flavors, and not everything is cheese or cream-based like so many casserole books. Every time I make a recipe from this book, people want seconds. A great gift for someone in their own place for the first time, too.

With autumn days upon us and chilly winter not far behind, here's a cookbook filled with warmth. I've been cooking out of it for eight months or so and have found it to be a winner in the comfort-food department. Plus, lots of vegetable recipes. And, helpfully penny-pinching which is a plus in these budget-constrained times.I confess to bemusement with regard to the less stellar reviews here. I'm a reasonably savvy, even seasoned, cook with a reasonably semi-sophisticated palate. Every meal I've prepared out of this book earned my happy approval; meanwhile, my husband (from the mid-west) was ecstatic.

Another book from one of my favorite cookbook authors. I love the array of recipes, all of which are easy to make and fun to serve.

It gives you so many choices to choose from. Breakfast to lunch to dinner to potlucks to dinners at home. You can't go wrong getting this book.

This is a great cookbook with lots of easy to prepare recipes. You will not be disappointed in this cookbook.
