I was a little worried about ordering this book online because of stories I've heard of ordering books online but when you receive them their usually an older version or not the same as the pictures (always read the details and description). This book is the exact book you see on the picture. It is new, however it don't come sealed in a plastic wrap. My only problem with this product is the packaging. It was just put in a cardboard box with no plastic or any kind of seal to protect it from rain or water. Thankfully when my book was delivered it was a bright sunny day because if it was raining it would have gotten damaged. The book itself is great, exactly what I needed for my CNA class, and new.

IF NOT FOR THIS WORKBOOK, I DO NOT THINK I WOULD HAVE PASSED THE CLASS. I FOUND IT EASIEST TO FILL OUT THE WORKBOOK AS I READ THRU THE CHAPTERS WITH THE TEXTBOOK. AND THATS ALL I HAD TO DO. NO MORE STUDYING AT ALL. THATS IT. AND I PASSED WITH A 98 A. THANKS FOR CREATING SATISFACTORY WORKBOOK.
